The Healing Peptides Your Doctor Probably Hasn't Told You About

Gina shares her personal experience using BPC-157 and TB-500 peptides to heal a stubborn toe injury after conventional methods failed. Peptides are short amino acid chains that act as the body's natural signalling molecules. BPC-157 is particularly effective for local tissue repair — tendons and ligaments — by encouraging new blood vessel growth and supporting gut health. TB-500 focuses on broader, body-wide support, promoting cell migration to injury sites and efficient tissue remodelling. The episode also covers safety and regulatory concerns, including discussion of theoretical cancer risk.

Who’s behind this

I’m Gina

A little bit about my background. I am 62 years old. I am married. I have five adult children and 10 grandchildren. I am also an Air Force veteran, and we live in Florida.

I never thought I would do wellness videos, but I'm passionate about sharing research-backed strategies for healthier living. So I decided to create this space called Ageless Island to talk about what's worked for me, and hopefully it'll help you too.
